COMMITMENT
Arte Ipse Dixit Ltd is actively committed to safeguarding its customers’ personal data, and anybody to whom it entrusts personal data for handling. You are kindly invited to read the present information sheet before subscribing to any of our services.
PURPOSE OF USE:
Personal data will be handled for the purpose of:
- starting and maintaining the subscribed service;
- strict application of obligations set out by laws and regulations;
- protection of Arte Ipse Dixit LTD’s rights in the courts;
- sending technical, accounting and marketing information.
METHOD OF USE:
Data are handled with electronic and digital tools and registered both on digital and paper supports, as well as other types of suitable functional support, in respect of basic safety measures.

All data requested are compulsory.
CONSEQUENCES OF DATA REFUSAL:
If one or more than one compulsory spaces is not filled in, the requested service shall not be granted.
SUBJECTS TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED:
Personal data regarding the data handling in question may be communicated also to persons who are acknowledged to be allowed access to your personal data according to secondary and/or community rules.
APPLICANT’S RIGHTS:
With regard to handling of personal data, applicants have the right to:
1. Applicants have the right to receive confirmation of any existing personal data relating to them, even if not yet recorded.
2. Applicants have the right to receive indications about:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of their handling;
c) the rules adopted in the case of data handling using electronic tools;
d) the applicants’ identification data, or the data of the people in charge or chosen representative;
e) the people or groups of people to whom personal data may be communicated or who may be aware of them as chosen representatives in the territory, as managers or as appointees.
3. Applicants have the right to receive:
a) data update, completion or integration, if necessary;
b) data removal, transformation in anonymous format, or blocked data handling in case of violation of the law, including the data whose maintenance is not necessary according to the purposes of data collection or subsequent handling;
c) confirmation of the acknowledgment of information given at point a) and b), including their content, by those to whom the data has been communicated or divulged, except the case in which the acceptance of this information is not possible or brings about the necessary use of tools that are not properly in proportion with the reserved rights.
4. Applicants have the right to partially or wholly oppose:
a) handling of their personal data for rightful reasons, even if pertaining to selection;
b) handling of their personal data for sending out advertising material or direct sales or compilation of market research or commercial communication studies.
